 ABOUT ME
My name is Janiece Spitzmueller, JD, MS. I am a seasoned attorney and an educator with a a bachelor of arts degree in child development, a masters of science degree in neuroscience and education, and certificate in college advising.
I have developed education materials for children, training procedures for employees, continuing legal education programs for an international roster of attorneys, and have published several law-related and education articles and materials.Â
As a government attorney, I worked in the NYS family court where I discovered what parents can do to protect their children’s well-being. As a hearing officer in the NYC education department I presided over quasi-criminal cases of suspended special education students. There I observed the voids in public education, and I know how to fill them.
As a civic leader, I served on the Youth and Education committee of my local community board, the smallest official body of New York City government. There I addressed community concerns regarding the quality and needs of our public, middle and high schools.
Throughout my rewarding legal career, I continued teaching, I volunteered my time and resources  to help special education students become financially literate, to sponsor and educate orphaned and abandon children in Kenya and girls in Mozambique, and to train adults in a variety of situations.Â
Science of Success is my proprietary program that helps busy parents enhance their child’s education, confidence and self-esteem without the overwhelm.
As Tony Robbins reminds us, the tragedies of Micheal Jackson and Robin Williams are examples that success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure. The purpose of Science of Success is to avoid that outcome.
